I found Mr. Johnson company on BBB and contacted him. He answered initial questions about inspection process to include coverage, length of time and price based on square footage. On day of inspection, he was prompt, friendly and extremely professional. Although an unusually cold day, conducted through review of the newly built town home most important components — its structure, exterior, roof, air conditioning/furnace, plumbing, appliances and electrical system including the garage. Very impressive Although TH is new construction - discrepancies were found and noted in the detailed report with clear photos along with recommendations for any repairs that should be made. The inspection was just over 2 hours and Mr. Johnson even pointed out some discrepancies to the onsite PM for the Builder for his awareness. and immediate attention. Highly Recommend`

I called to get information on a lead base test and was told the service I was looking for was not available. However, I didn't hang up disappointed because the representative for the company is going to do some research to see if its possible to assist me ,and get back to me . He was very pleasant and informative to speak with. That's what you call great service!!!

This is my second time buying a home and Earl was amazing. My previous home inspection was awful compared to the service that Earl provided. He arrived on time and thoroughly explained what he would be doing. He methodically inspected the house from the top down using state of the art technology and made sure to document even the smallest issues that could be of concern. The inspection took three hours and covered every inch of the house. He mentioned he’s been inspecting homes for over ten years and it definitely shows. If I buy another home in this area I will be looking for him again without question.

Earle Johnson from Home Support Property Inspections was amazing during our property inspection. Our realtor suggested using Earle and I was skeptical but when we arrived and he was already there waiting for us I knew we made a good choice. They are based in Bowie and our future home is in St. Mary's county (we close in January 2023); so thank you for traveling so far. Before we entered the property he explained in full detail what to expect and how long it should take. He took great pictures and explained as he performed all tests. He took great and up close picture of the roof, he was under the house in the crawl space, in the attic, the backyard, garage.... he was everywhere. Our basement is unfinished so I didn't think we needed to spend that much time there...wrong. He informed us we needed more insulation and other bits of information. When the inspection was over he provided us with a home maintenance manual and information regarding a security system because the previous owners did not have one. The inspection report was emailed to us very quickly. FYI, Earle Johnson is certified to work with NACA. If you purchase a home via NACA, you know they have very high standards. I would 100% recommend to family members.

Mr. Johnson arrived early and took his time throughout the inspection. He appeared to have a tool to determine every possible problem. He provided much needed advice and support. I am glad I selected him as my inspector.

In each case, Mr. Johnson displayed a very high degree of professionalism, which included, but is not limited to, extensive knowledge of the laws and regulations covering home inspections; extensive coverage of the entire property; he clearly explained issues discovered during the inspection; he clearly explained legal remedies for problem areas found during the inspection; he was punctual in returning phone calls and keeping schedules; he provided an excellent detailed written inspection report; and his services were rendered at a fair price. Earle was extremely professional, personable, and knowledgeable about his craft. He explained his findings in such a clear, concise way that made our home inspection process pleasurable. Earl was amazing! - Patient, Efficient and Effective. He was thorough with the inspection process, clear on his notes on the inspection report along with photos and easily accessible online. Prices are more than reasonable for the A Class Service provided. Also, he provides the client with a user friendly book with information about maintenance of your home and other useful tips and tricks that will help you have a healthy home. He is currently licensed for both Maryland and DC only, but hopefully he'll expand soon to VA and the rest of the country because he is spectacular!
Earle Has been on point for each one of the properties he has inspected for me. I will continue to give him praise for his professionalism, punctuality and expertise.
